Recognized as one of the top stylists in Italy, AlessioViscontini’s journey to the top of his profession was not an easy one. Growing up in the gritty outskirts of Rome, he learned early on that success comes only through hard work and determination. It was his nonno,Vittorio, who instilled in him the values that would shape his life and career. Though Vittorio is no longer with us, his lessons on perseverance and positivity left an in- delible mark on his grandson. “My nonno taught me that true success comes not from luck or chance, but from the sweat of one’sbrow and the determination of one’sspirit,”Viscontini reflects.“He showed me that no matter how tough things get, there’s always a way forward if you stay positive and keep pushing.”These lessons have guided Viscontini through the cutthroat world of hairstyling, where he has fought his way to the top, relying on his wit, charm, and unrelenting drive.
Vittorio’s influence on Viscontini extended beyond just work ethic. He also instilled in his grandson a deep appre- ciation for the simple pleasures of life - a good meal, a hearty laugh, a walk through the city’s winding streets.“My nonno knew how to enjoy life,”Viscon- tini recalls with a smile.“He taught me that no matter how hard you work, you have to make time for the things that bring you joy.”
